My lips are sealed,
I won’t say any more
Your head looks tired.
Tired of wrestling with my world.

There is no peace in a universe
Where life is defined by complication.
No need for meditation,
When every one of us can see
How easy it is to believe
There’s no such thing as –

A universal love.
A hope, a light at the end of tunnel,
Something transcendental.
Can’t you see
That all of us struggle
To find some peace of mind
Before we fall asleep?

Well silence is a friend of mine,
But there comes a time,
For me to state on my thesis,
With a resounding cry.

I can’t believe that you’re not interested
In these things, these credos that your life’s invested in.
It’s not enough to just float by
And never be tested in this life.
What about the next?

Can’t you see,
Love will set you free.
Maybe not with me,
But someday you will see.
Love will set you free.
Free, so free
